Can we choose the songs you sing?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to choose from my existing repertoire and I’m always happy to help you shape the perfect set as part of our consultation process.
How much deposit do you require?
At the time of booking I will need 20% of your final fee.
Please note that I cannot hold your date without this.
Can you learn something new for the day?
Yes yes yes! I love learning new songs, especially when I know it holds a special meaning for you.
If you book me for one of my day packages, learning one song is included or this can be added as a bolt on service.
Do you travel?
I certainly do. Travel within 20 miles of home (Essex/Suffolk border) does not incur a travel fee, anything beyond that is charged at 50p per mile.
If your venue is more than 2 hours from me I will likely need to include an overnight stay.
If you are more than 3.5 hours away or your booking involves a late finish this will be 2 nights.
This will all be detailed in any quote that I send out.
What happens if I need to cancel once we've booked?
If your date has been rearranged and I am free, I am happy to move your deposit and booking to this new date.
If this is not the case then your deposit is non refundable.
If you cancel between 6 months and 30 days before your event - 50% of the remaining fee is still owed
If you cancel within 30 days of the event - 100% of the remaining fee is still owed.
What happens if you cancel once we've booked?
In the very unfortunate and rare event that I am ill or unable to perform on your day, all deposits and fees will be paid back in full.
I will also work with you to find a replacement at no higher cost than my original quote.
